- David Skyler's first acting role was in the Papa Roach music video "Broken Home" in which he reinacted singer Jacoby Shaddix's childhood.
- Broken Home was taken off the air 2 weeks after its premiere on MTV and VH1 for apparently having too much graphic imagery.
- Later thereafter Broken Home was nominated for a Grammy Award for, "Best Short Form Music Video - 2002"
- Lent his voice to the critically acclaimed television show, "Family Guy" for several roles.
- Has studied at the world famous Laugh Factory in Hollywood with comedians Dane Cook, George Wallace, and Eddie Griffin.
- Hit the local stand-up circuit in Los Angeles at the age of 11.
